A brand new shop has opened to the public in Billericay on the Radford Way roundabout. Tilly London is a ladies boots and shoes retailer, whom Billericay IT has designed the supporting eCommerce website for the business. Tilly London is no stranger to selling ladies footwear – the owners of the business have been selling footwear online for a number of years, with the business following a number of other companies that started life online and developed their businesses to eventually get to the stage of having a High Street presence. The owners also plan to steadily expand the business in the future.
Billericay IT has also provided the business with IT Support, consultancy services, data analysis, bespoke development of internal systems, and project management. Now that the website we designed is up and running, we will also be conducting email marketing campaigns for Tilly London as well as Google Adwords campaigns.
The responsive website works seamlessly on any device – mobile, tablet or PC and Billericay IT has designed the website to the client’s exact requirements, whilst providing a very ‘hands on’ approach. We have made the product imagery as large as we can, ensuring that customers really get a feel for the product. End users can also swipe through product images when using touch screens. End users can also filter through the products by colour, size, and shoe type to quickly find what they are looking for. Since Tilly London sells its shoes around the world, a variety of shipping options were created for the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. Free delivery is also available if the customer spends £50 or more when delivered to a UK address with the addition of free in-store pick up.
Despite the signs going up for the shop only last Thursday, with the shop opening to the public on Tuesday – there have already been a number of online sales from across the country, with enquiries from abroad already appearing.
